Your role

As Multisites Operations Director, you will be responsible for the operational performance, financial results, and service excellence across multiple establishments. You will lead Restaurant Managers and operational teams to ensure a consistent, high-quality guest experience aligned with Paris Society’s standards. 

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop Restaurant Managers and their teams

• Ensure the highest service standards and brand consistency across all venues

• Drive revenue growth, profitability, and budget performance

• Monitor operational performance and implement action plans to optimize results

• Ensure compliance with health & safety, maintenance, and regulatory standards

• Identify operational challenges and implement sustainable solutions

• Maintain a strong operational presence during key services and peak periods

• Act as a key link between operations and senior leadership

• Proven experience as a Multi-Sites Director, Operations Director, or Senior General Manager in high-volume hospitality environments

• Strong leadership with the ability to develop and unite teams

• Solid operational and financial management expertise

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Hands-on mindset with a passion for hospitality excellence
